M&T Bank had an idea that would reinforce their commitment to small businesses in their Maryland region. They knew other banks talked about supporting local companies, but M&T Bank wanted a meaningful and authentic way to demonstrate their commitment. They looked to Fuseideas to help them execute a high-impact, engaging concept that would be memorable and grab attention. Something right in our wheelhouse.
We knew M&T Bank values their small business clients as a top priority. We thought about the city of Baltimore and where we could make the biggest impact. M&T Bank wanted to offer a turn-key solution for their customers to activate and give them the opportunity to reach a new audience.
Fuseideas supported M&T Bank with the launch of the Spotlight Shop, a fully-branded, hydro-powered pop-up shop in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. Together, we completely transformed an empty block of the Inner Harbor into a flourishing destination. This one-of-a-kind experience allowed M&T Bank small business customers to showcase their businesses. At the same time, new consumers could meet them and purchase their products. In total, twelve small businesses rotated into the space during the summer and fall of 2019.
