Linda Franczak is one of the keys to keeping Fuseideas running smoothly. Since she co-founded the company in February 2006, she’s been an essential part of the executive team. Linda works with leadership to prioritize business strategies and communicate progress toward goals. While she’s an instrumental strategic voice in the overall direction of the business, she’s not afraid to get her hands dirty. She works with team members to solve day-to-day problems as they arise and make improvements that improve both quality of work and quality of life.
Glenn is responsible for client satisfaction and agency operations. A former co-owner of three digital shops, Glenn sold two of the firms to larger agencies. At Fuseideas, he contributes to client research and strategy. A graduate of UMass Lowell and MIT Sloan, Glenn started and runs a nonprofit organization serving children in need of a helping hand, a college business plan competition, and scholarship funds at UMass and a regional parochial school. Before work, he writes.
For 20+ years, Justin’s brought his passion for storytelling and design to shops including RDW Group, MMB, DigitasLBi—creating award-winning campaigns for General Motors, Saturn, Procter & Gamble, Staples, Subway, New Balance, ESPN and more. He led digital creative on all consumer divisions for Bank of America, including the (RED) partnership. Justin recently served as an integrated group creative director at Fidelity.
His work has been honored at Cannes, by Communications Arts, the Hatch Awards, and more.
Kevin is creative-minded, strategic marketer, with over 28 years of experience across some of the industry's leading brands & agencies.
He has helped shape strategies and implemented innovative, award-winning campaigns for iconic brands, including Campbell Soup Company, Converse, Red Hat, Save the Children, IBM, Boston Red Sox, Wahlburgers, Subway Restaurants, Toyota, Liberty Mutual, Dunkin’ Donuts, and InterContinental Hotels Group.
Kevin’s role at Fuseideas is to identify salient insights that inspire creative solutions and drive results.
Tracie is a media professional with over 30 years’ experience in managing media campaigns. She is experienced in traditional media, direct response and digital buying. Formerly, Tracie was the Associate Director/Broadcast at Blitz Media and as SVP/Broadcast at Pro Media.
Tracie’s experience includes Disney on Ice, Foxwoods, Sears, Bose, Pizza Hut, Wendy’s, Utah Office of Tourism, Connecticut Lottery, Maine Lottery, Staples, Greater Media Radio, Hood Dairy, BJ’s Wholesale Club, BCBS Massachusetts, Filene’s, TD Banknorth, Unos, and Breville.
An extremely versatile advertising project manager/operations manager, Christina has over 20 years of agency experience executing integrated print, digital, broadcast and direct response campaigns for clients big and small.
She may enjoy basking in the sun but here at Fuseideas she works tirelessly in the shadows across all departments to make sure the right people and processes are in place to get your work done on time, on budget and to the highest standard of quality.
Monique is a control freak. (Sorry, couldn’t resist.) With over 25 years in public accounting, and industry practice, she’s put her CPA skills to good use with companies of all sizes. Audits, tax returns, financials, accounting, compliance? Monique loves all that stuff. Somebody’s got too, right?
Steve leads the airport marketing and government practice for Fuseideas, as he supervises the strategy, account and PR services for all such accounts. Steve has over 25 years of experience leading strategies and marketing campaigns, having previously served as V.P., Director of Advertising for Continental Airlines, and as V.P. Marketing for AMCV — The Delta Queen Steamboat Company.
With Fuseideas since 2011, Steve has directed service for airport clients from our Portland, ME offices including San Francisco International Airport, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Rhode Island T. F. Green Int’l Airport, and Bangor International Airport. Steve works with clients to develop innovative, strategic marketing plans, conduct research and engage appropriate stakeholders. Steve is known for his deep level of strategic thinking and commitment to client relationships.
A 12-year employee of Fuseideas, Alec has a strong background in account service and operations management for full-service advertising agencies. In addition to overseeing the account service and project management teams, Alec has run dozens of integrated marketing campaigns for our clients. He has also led numerous other departments, including creative, interactive, video/radio production, traffic, and social media.
Alec, with a degree in Journalism from Northeastern University, also has a strong writing background drafting advertising copy and taglines, website copy, press releases, agency and client newsletters, blogs, and new business proposals. He began his writing career as a Boston Globe correspondent, covering high school sports and freelancing for the Dallas Morning News, Newark Star-Ledger, and Raleigh News & Observer. Prior to joining Fuseideas, Alec held the position of Operations Manager for the Allen Roche Group in Boston.
For the first part of her career, Michelle led strategic integrated planning for clients including Sony Consumer Electronics, Bacardi, South African Tourism, Six Flags, Nike Brand Jordan, JetBlue and NASDAQ before shifting into agency business development where she led multi-million dollar global new business pitches for brands like Hershey, Nationwide, Playstation, General Electric and the USPS. Through this experience across a variety of categories she found a passion in travel and tourism, leading her to a partnerships director role at travel storytelling start-up, Passion Passport. Here she managed client relationships with brands like Hyatt, Marriott, Cathay Pacific, InterContinental, Amtrak and Expedia as well as with tourism organizations including Hong Kong Tourism, Visit Wales, Visit California, the German National Tourism Board and Austria Tourism.
Michelle has worked at Wieden + Kennedy, Starcom, Universal McCann and McCann-Erickson where she was named to the board responsible for managing the agency’s philanthropic partnership with Free the Children. Creative and curious with a passion for community, travel and storytelling she earned a spot in Cathay Pacific’s mini creative residency program in Hong Kong and was later selected to participate in the Schusterman Foundation’s “Women in Leadership” grant program in Israel.
With over 20 years of agency experience, Justin brings a unique blend of account service, business development, and operations management to Fuseideas. Having worked across many categories during his career, Justin has grown a special concentration in higher education and consistently delivers a strong commitment to strategic vision, organizational growth, continuous innovation, and evolution for his clients.
Justin grew up in the ad business in account service and business development at Domus, Inc in Philadelphia. He spent over a decade at Connelly Partners in Boston, focusing on driving growth and success for his clients and the agency. Justin holds a B.A. in English from Franklin & Marshall College.
Rachel provides 15 years of management and leadership experience in all aspects of planning and executing integrated brand and experiential marketing campaigns for a variety of accounts. A strategic visionary for event planning and implementing integrated marketing campaigns, she is characterized as an ambitious, hands-on team player that brings passion and creativity to every project.
Rachel has broad experience in experiential activation planning and execution, with great knowledge of all aspects of event planning, staffing, logistics and creating fabulous run-of-show documentation. Her skills in budgeting, timelines and management and coordination of manufacturers and materials is invaluable. She has worked with numerous brands on all sorts of projects, from large to small.
